Quality Naturally-fed Meat
We are very proud of our herb rich, grass fed meat.
Shetland sheep offer succulent, flavoursome meat whatever the age of the animal. Shetland lamb, hoggett and mutton are beautiful eating, with a very fine flavour and tender texture.
Our award-winning flock roams on chemical-free, traditionally maintained pastures in West Yorkshire. We supplement their diet with certified organic feeds.
We work with a local butcher who crafts our meat into fine cuts, including leg joints on the bone, shoulder joints boned
and rolled, diced and minced lamb or mutton, rack of lamb, and sausages - packed with real meat, real flavour (no gristle!) and covered with natural skins. (Please note: cuts of meat available for purchase may vary from season to season).
